University Degrees

Accredited degree programmes designed for working professionals, from undergraduate to postgraduate level.

How university degrees work

XPP University degrees are fully accredited programmes awarded at undergraduate or postgraduate level. They are designed specifically for working professionals — built around flexible delivery and structured academic progression rather than the traditional campus model.

1

Programme structure

Each degree is structured into academic stages — typically one per year of study — that build on each other in complexity and depth. Within each stage, students complete a set of modules covering the core subject matter, with credit values assigned in line with the relevant qualification framework (FHEQ). Progression from one stage to the next requires passing the assessments in the current stage.

2

Modules and assessment

Each module focuses on a specific subject area and is assessed individually — typically through coursework, written assignments, case studies, or examinations, depending on the programme and awarding body. Assessment is designed to reflect real professional scenarios, so the skills developed are directly applicable in the workplace from day one.

3

Flexible delivery

Programmes are delivered in blended format — combining live and recorded online sessions, structured self-study materials, and tutor support — so you can study around a full-time job. Full-time and part-time study options are available, with part-time routes typically extending the programme over an additional one to two years.

4

Accreditation

XPP University holds degree-awarding powers regulated by the Office for Students (OfS). Many programmes carry additional accreditation from professional bodies such as the SRA, ACCA, CIPD, or CILEX — meaning the degree simultaneously satisfies the academic requirements of a professional qualification, reducing the time and cost of further study after graduation.
